Depending on the type of project, usually anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months.

How do I know you’re a good fit for me?

First, we encourage you to take a look at our portfolio. Every designer has their own “style”. Do we match the style you’re looking for? Next, you can read some of the reviews from our clients. We like clients that are friendly and cooperative this way we ensure we can work great together as a team.

Why does it matter who designs my logo?

Because your brand identity is extremely important. For example, your logo is just a small part of your identity but it’s working for you 24/7. It’s the visual face of your business to the public. People form an impression of you based on what they see, and your logo is the most common form of visual used to represent you. That’s why you need a designer with the experience to provide an outstanding result since it’s significant to market your business and help prospective customers form the right impression of you.

How can I be sure I’ll like what you design?

At the start of your project, we’ll examine your goals and establish a creative brief. We’ll provide you with an easy-to-answer questionnaire that will set guidelines and lead the design process. Since you’re involved in setting these guides, you can be confident your brand identity will be something you love because we’ll have all the information we need.

Who has the rights to my files once the project is over?

You do! That includes copyright. But we do reserve the right to display all designs as examples of our work and link to the completed project as part of our portfolio. We also write about the project on websites, magazine articles, and design books, etc.

How does your logo design process work and what is the client’s involvement?

As a non-agency, we listen to our clients from the start. We’ll ask you to collaborate with us.

Within 48 hours of hiring us, you'll receive your assignment. Teamwork effort! Our experience has lead us to create a set of easy-to-answer questions to help us quickly understand your brand and business needs such as the public you want to engage with and the message and tone it needs to communicate. In this stage, we encourage the client to bring in any samples, color combinations/swatches, and ideas they may have to help to get a notion of what you want and like. After receiving your completed assignment, we'll research and start working on the design process for your brand.

The second week of your scheduled project, you'll receive concepts. During the second week, we’ll send you a PDF that includes a mood board, logo design, and a report outlining color and personality insights we discovered about you. You'll select the palette and logo that feels most aligned.

During the third week, we'll shape your brand to perfection. You'll need to be available for prompt feedback so we can collaborate swiftly through up to two rounds of revisions. By the end of this week, your logo and color palette will be approved and ready.

In week four, we'll complete your brand and create a very helpful guide. Your brand guide will contain file instructions, brand consistency guidance, digital and print color codes, your primary logo, a secondary logo, brand imagery and recommended fonts. All art files (.eps, .jpg, and .png) ready to use on your site, business cards, social channels, and signage.
